Want my sim only account checked as cant afford new increase may have to change?

You will need to speak to o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from an o2 phone... 

If you want to change networks then you will have to pay off any device plans or any minimum term left on your contract.. And also not that all networks have price increases at this time of year.

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

Choose the deal you want.
This will automatically redirect you to the O2 website.
Just follow the prompts and choose the UPGRADE option.
Complete the deal and nothing on your account changes except the tariff at the new cheaper cost.
Payment date is the same and your next bill will be at a cheaper rate and will be made up of the pro rata cost of your old tariff and your new tariff.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
