@Shay It can take several days for the system to update. It's not immediate. You can call customer service in the morning to check. Instructions on how to download Skype and use it to call the numbers available for free are here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

It normally takes 24-48 hrs to resume service. Keep rebooting your phone
