Hi I have been paying for my phone bill whilst here in the Philippines since 2016 to look after my father who sadly died in 2019.  I have remained here paying for my phone which I hardly ever used as you might notice.   I would like to terminate it now please as I do not think I will have use of it. 

Please help.
