Is there away of accessing my account online, without receiving a text on the device? As there's NO SIGNAL IN OR AROUND MY HOME.
It's good that you making the accounts safe. But for people who have no signal. You should have another way of accessing their account. Or supply them with free boost boxes or give them access to boost boxes..

Ah I see @Dmoorsman apologies for misunderstanding. I had to do the same thing yesterday when attempting a change of tariff, and the 4 digit code was sent to the phone.
Are you able to contact O2 at all?
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support It does include a guide to Skype. Also live chat pops up occasionally if you are browsing the shop. I had a conversation with them yesterday.
If the signal is so bad in your area, you may have to consider a change of network. Annoying I know, but pointless paying for a contract you can't use fully.

Hi @Dmoorsman
I don't understand why you would need a text to your phone to access My O2?
I use wifi and can access via my phone using my 4 digit pin
You can also access My O2 via the website using Wifi.

Thanks for your reply. I didn't say myo2 I said my account if you want to alter any information in your account, they send you a 6 digit code by text. Since there's no signal I don't get it. And since the boostbox is for business accounts only. I had the same problem with Vodafone, but since their version of the boostbox is for anyone I have one.

I tried through myo2, that has been turned off. Also vire Facebook messager. Understandingly people are busy. The reason I bought this up is that I think that there should be more than one way to do this. Through email or another registered phone number. I know it's all about proving that you are who you are. But it should be possible to get that some other way.
I will either phone them or wait until the lockdown is over, when I'm out and about again I be able to get the text.
