Account showing overdue - Trying to charge for 24M airtime discount

Having a bit of a nightmare with billing, I have a 24M tariff (12 months in). My last bill was paid as usual, however, account is showing overdue as the discount amount is now showing as outstanding? I pay via Direct Debit, so baffled. Had no issues until last bill.

 

Anyone else having this problem?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
