I encountered trouble the middle of last month where my bank account was charged whilst I was in the red, and it failed.  However I sorted it out and I paid the bill, but last weekend my data was cut off, I have full signal but I am unable to send or recieve texts, phone calls or use my data.  I have logged onto my account to see that I have an overdue bill from April, despite my bank saying I paid the bill on the 18th.  I have tried paying the bill again online just so I can get access to data again but it doesn't seem to be working!

That's strange, it's still listed on the website https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/payment-support

Try 0800 032 5302
