I have been overcharged on my account again this month. This is now the 2nd/3rd time this has happened.

Been waiting to speak to an O2 Guru now for 2 days and it's offline??

Apologies but as this is a customer forum we have no access to your account.

You will have to persevere with customer services until you find someone willing to take responsibility

https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

If you have no joy with this then threaten to make a complaint (link for this is in the contact Us link)

Best of luck. I hope it gets sorted and welcome to the forum Welcome

@Rlforrest15 As said, this is a customer community. If the overcharge you're referring to is for premium rate messages, please see these links: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Have-you-fallen-for-or-been-conned-into-a-premium-rate-s...

How do you know you have been overcharged?
Does the amount on your bill not match what was taken from your account?
If it does (and I suspect that is more likely) do you mean the bill is more than you expected?
What additional charges are on your bill?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

I'm guessing too that it's an unknown subscription. Follow the link posted above about  these scams. Another god site here:
