how do i find my account number

On your PC go to your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Go to the bills section, scroll down and click on print older bills.
It will open up a new page with your account details down the right hand side.

Also another way ...it will be on the paperwork with your new contract or on emails if done online

Thanks - I saw your response after I replied to the earlier 'answer' which said to go to MyO2, but didnt' say where in MyO2 to find it. 

 

Logically, I would have thought that O2 would list your account details (including account number) under my account details or on the first webpage of my current bill, rather than having complicated process of finding it.

It was like that once but they “improved” it for us!

Yes improved so much that you now have to go through 6 stages to find your account number..Rolleys
