Account not showing

Hi 

When I first registered it showed my full account , now when I log on to my account it shows nothing at all and not able to do anything . Anything I can do .

Just had a look further down and it seems like a common problem with no help lol

Have you tried downloading the My O2 app onto your phone?

Other than that it's a call to customer service I'm afraid.
