Account merge REGRET!!!

Really wishing I never merged accounts because now my account is stuck on the wrong account holder and not even o2 can change this for some reason!

Well yes it had been sorted but if its still showing me her name its not changed fully, I mean they say on their systems its fine

What he done was kept sending me links and passwords to reset mine and said it would ask me who I want the account holder to be but it never worked, it never asked me. He said he would raise it to the technical department and they'll get back to me in 3-5 days..... hmmm
