Hi my account locked my a fraud team i was upgrading my sim plan to device plan, because i was abroad they told me to come to the uk and try aging, but i wanted to try couple more times, they locked my account by a fraud team, any change to get the account back?

It would have thrown up a flag as you are abroad and repeated attempts caused the fraud team to become involved
Wait until you are back in the UK and take photo ID instore

I tried to upgrade my sim plan to device im abroad now, hopefully they gonna say come to one our o2 stores with your ID and verify yourself, because i cant loose my account for no reason like this🙏
