Hi everyone,

I'm planning to leave O2 and pay my termination fee (around £90).

At the moment my account is in credit (+£45) because last month I have paid a bill twice (my mistake).

Is this £45 credit going to be used towards the payment of my termination fee?

Thanks

When you call to pay your termination fee the account credit should be taken into consideration so you should only be asked to pay £45.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks, so it's not used automatically?
If I don't request it to CS it gets lost?

Not really no.

Say you were leaving at the end of your contract = no fee

Then you can fill in an online form to have the funds returned to your bank account.
