I received a message to say my account was in arrears to the tune of £71 but have never missed a payment and actually overpaid last month. Anyone else had this issue? Thinking of leaving o2 because it’s impossible to speak to a human being.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202, 0344 809 0202, or specific payment management number 0800 902 0217 / 0800 032 5302
Thanks

@Dryan85

It's much the same with the other UK mobile network operators, as well as with many other service providers across the UK. The only answer might be to leave O2 and not bother having a mobile 'phone at all ! 🤣

If you do decide to leave :-
