@Mazzy_45 you need to cancel that contract and the new named person needs to apply for their own.

She wants to keep the same number when changing holders

That is OK @Mazzy_45.
Customer services will migrate the number to the new contract, but best to get new contract first, then call to migrate number, which will cancel the old contract.
