Hi,

My daughter is paying for the 3 phones on my account. I was wondering a few things.
1) Is it possible to change the account into her name so it's then her account?
2) If this is not possible is she able to keep the 3 phones but transfer these over to her own account?

The name on an account can only be changed when either taking a new contract or upgrading the existing one.
The person who's name is required on the account, must pass the relevant identity and credit checks in order to take ownership too.
