Account confusion

I recently upgraded my phone and account to a monthly tarriff - I can't accesss my account details online. I was given a new user name on 16 April 2013 but when I try to use this to sign in it goes back to my old phone and account details as my user name is my email address. I' concerned that there are more than one email addresses registered to this phone and would like to start again with the user name which was texted to me by O2 on the above date.

Best thing would be to call Customer Services on 202 from your phone and get them to straighten it out.
