Any way to reactivate an account that has been terminated?
I missed one payment and my account has been closed and I can’t access the app. I didn’t have my phone for the past month due to losing my father-in-law and then taking care of my mother-in-law who had a stroke.
I would still like to stay with o2

Thanks and thanks for linking to the guide. Hopefully I can do this on Skype internationally as I’m still outside of the UK taking care of the mother-in-law.
Ill try it tomorrow and update this thread with the results.
