I am wondering if anybody can help me.

 

I have a contract bill due on 16th April (i pay using online payments) I am not going to have the funds to pay this how long will o2 give before they place a block on the account.

 

I was going to speak to live chat but it says:

Web chat

Sorry. We’re closed at the moment. We’re available to webchat with you 7 days a week from 5am.

First forget live chat as they are at the moment only useful for low level enquiries.

Second ring Customer Services on 202 now to come to some form of arrangement before you are cut off.

Prevention is better than cure.

Typically i would say you will get anything from about 3 -7 days from your payment due date but speak to cs on 202 as we may be able to give u longer
