Hello, I can’t remember my log in details for my mobile phone account. I’ve got an email but it’s addressed to what I’m guessing my old mobile phone. Yet when re starting the password for that account, it still sent me the info to my mobile number I can’t find an account for

Then you need to ring o2 on 0344 809 0202 or 202 from an o2 phone... as there is nothing anyone on here can do to help get access to the account.
