I cancelled my contract with O2 this March and last payment should have been 22nd March with the contract ending in April. I have today been charged £51.50 and I’m not sure why. I have now moved out of the UK and do not have access to O2 app or my O2 number, how can I find out where this charge came from and request a refund? When I try to log in to the O2 website it says there are no charges associated with this account so this does also not seem to work properly. Thanks.

@Annapetra_ Only O2 can tell you the charges unless you can access MyO2, with it saying £0.00 now it would imply the £51.50 has been paid and was from an earlier bill than your latest which is why the account will say no charges. If you look to the bill before it will probably provide you the information you needed.

Did you cancel before the end of your term? as if so this could be device plan charges to settle you account etc?
