Accessing voicemail from my lost phone

Anonymous
Not applicable

so left my Iphone on a plane yesterdayCrazy, im waiting to hear from the airline as to whether the cleaners handed it in. But need to access my voice mails that I had already listened to while abroad (so my voice mail was def working). I tried to ring my phone as I read that you can access the voice mail by ringing and pressing * when the voicemail kicks in (right?) but now I just beeps and says call failed???

Does anyone know why the call is failing and if it is possible to get my work voicemails any other way?

If you asked O2 to block your account you won't be able to call your number until the block is lifted. You can get a new sim from O2 and activate it in another phone and get your block lifted then if you need access quickly.

Hi leeticehurst.

I'm sorry you lost your phone.  I hope you're not going too crazy without it.

I have found an old thread with may be of use to you:

Let me know if it helps.
