Hi @Anonymous

Have a look at this help link

How can I listen to my voicemail when I'm abroad?
Just call 901 as usual. This will work in most countries abroad. Depending on which country you're in, you'll either go straight to your messages or you'll go to your voicemail greeting. If it's your voicemail greeting, press * and enter your PIN.
In countries where this doesn't work, you'll need to call a different number for your voicemail. Usually this involves you calling your own number, alternatively, call 1780 free from your mobile, or +447802 090 100 once you're abroad. We'll send you a text with the number to call

Hi

From O2 help pages.

"Using Voicemail when abroad

Voicemail 901 is available to all O2 customers and is ready to go on all new O2 phones. Before you travel, you’ll need to make sure you know your pin, so if you haven’t set this up or it's been reset, see these instructions for setting up your voicemail pin.

When abroad, just call 901 as usual. This works in most countries but where it doesn't, call 1780 free from your mobile, or +447802 090 100, and we'll send you a text with the correct number to call.

Depending on which country you're in, you'll either go straight to your messages or you'll go to your voicemail greeting. If it's your voicemail greeting, press * and enter your PIN.

If you've forgotten your PIN, contact us and ask for it to be reset. You'll then need to change your PIN before you can listen to your messages.

You can find out more information on setting up your personal greeting and how to check your messages in our help article.

Charges for Voicemail when abroad

It costs the same as a call back to the UK to retrieve a voicemail abroad.

There’s no charge for receiving a message, if you don’t retrieve it."

If 901 doesn't work you need to call your own phone number and press * key.
This assumes you have already set up a security PIN for your voicemail.
The default PIN is 8705.
