Access O2 account

I am not able to access my O2 account. It does not take my response to the security question. I have tried all combinations with Caps, space. It is always rejected although when I gave it on the phone the operator was able to access. What is wrong with it????

Pass, try clearing your cookies etc. If that doesn't work, try a different browser. You might need to call 202 (customer services) and have them reset this for you

If you can pass security with cs on the phone I suggest you call up and reset it.
