It depends when you ordered it. Also it may well be out of stock currently.
You won't see anything in My O2, until it's dispatched.
You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

I’ve just checked online and they have them in stock, I’ve just read that I might have to accept the t&c do you know how I do that via email
O2's stock system isn't live unfortunately so although it shows in stock, that means nothing.
To accept the T's&C's you just have to read the email. This will show as a virtual signature.

As I said yesterday, if you have read the terms and conditions, that is all O2 require to accept a virtual signature. You don't have to physically sign anything.
Regarding stock of the iPad, you need to call O2..
