Hello wondering if anyone could help. I applied for a contract online and I've received emails with terms etc and nothing else since. I then got a text saying order taking longer than expected. Does this mean I've been accepted also if I have does anyone know if I can change the delivery from o2 shop to home delivery. Thank you.

Yes it sounds as if you have been accepted. To change you delivery destination you need to speak to O2.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202.
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.
