Both PayM and PayGo get the £1.99 on O2 Travel if your in Europe.

Also - be very careful when using Wifi. Most connections are unsecured - meaning hackers can very easily intercept your username, passwords, etc.

If you're in Europe then O2 Travel or local sim. If outside Europe the cheapest way is local sim as long as your phone is unlocked.
