I’m in Italy using my data, and hotspot for my laptop from my phone. I had a notification to say I’ve used 80% of my data, but on the app it says I have over 60% left of my data. 150GB allowance and I’ve used 35GB. Any help would be appreciated.

Yep, that's why I posted the T&C's.

Seems to have gone well over what's allowed unless outside of EU of course, but then 35gb at 2mbps is quite impressive in itself.

Are they applying the speed restrictions in the EU?

My last venture to Germany at the end of last year saw better speeds than at home

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
