Hello I'm sorry but I can't pay my bill till Thursday 27 but I would like to know if you keep me on till then and soon as the 27th come I will pay it it beacuse I've had covid and I've not been paid a lot of so I could only pay for my rent and I'm sorry to it late

You need to contact Payment Management Team here:

Late payment, difficult payments, help with paying
Looks like something you'd need to call O2's customer services team about -
give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Specific payment manage number 0800 902 0217
