Hi I pay monthly for my bill but want to fully pay it off for the year I was just wondering if this was possible.

Yes you can. Just work out the cost and make a extra payment in the myo2 app. I made a payment of £240 last year and each month £20 gets deducted from the £240 i paid.

Just remember after the year ends your contract wont automatically cancel. It continues on a 30 day rolling contract.

If you want to fully pay it off, then you need to contact customer services. All numbers are in this guide

0800 587 4005 is the best number to call.

However, if you aren't paying to finish the device payment in full, then you can make additional extra payments via My O2. Log in  and you will see this.
