Hi my contract with o2 should finish 22of July. I took new contract one moth before from Mobile phone direct company but still with network o2 and I will keep my number. Unfortunately I must to pay £33 extra which I can get for what? I pay my bill every month and I thought i paid forward this is why I took this contract 22 of June. Please explain why my bill is so high. Thanks in advance

Did you take out another contract instead of upgrading @magda40 ?

If so you need to call O2 to cancel the old one and migrate your number across.

It will be the early termination fee.

You can only upgrade 1 month early if you upgrade directly with O2.
