I made a payment from my bank account on 8th August. Still showing as outstanding on my account

It can take time for payments to clear

Weekends can extend this

If in doubt 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You would be better off setting up a direct debit for your monthly payment.

You wouldn't need to worry about this again.
