I have recently received a text stating my bill for this month is £7.08.
I left O2 on the 15/12/23 so do not understand why I have been billed?
The text offers me a choice of carry forward to next bill ( not truly relevant as I have left O2!) or credit refunded?
Can someone in accounts please clarify?
