£9 default on credit file and no reply from O2

Hi All,

 

I have send emails, letters and had several online chats about a £9 default on my credit report.

No one in O2 seems to know me and cannot find me on the system. Therefore cannot help me to remove this from my credit file. I have contacted experian and they have informed me that O2 needs to confirm that this needs to be removed. 

Now i am in the middle not able to resolve this. So this is my last shot to get this removed.

 

Anyone have ideas to have this removed asap? Since i am not a customer of O2 for more than 7 years.

but after 7 years it should have gone from your credit file anyway.

Most unusual , not the fact that there is a  default from O2,  but a default lasts 6 years on your file.
