I would be calling and checking especially if you know that it isn't correct. I'm not clicking the link btw.
@woodmj I have no intention of clicking that link either, but it could be from one of O2's so called 'trusted partners' who have a nasty reputation for sucking people in to unwanted lengthy contracts that they can't get out of. A general rule of thumb is to never agree to anything initiated by a cold call or text message. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
The OP should certainly check what it is, but not agree to anything until they're certain of what they're agreeing to.
