I just renewed my contract and part of that is the 6 months Disney + free.  However, I had an email from them today with t&c and it says the free usage does not apply if you have ever had free usage as part of something, before. Anyone else had this?  I do not want to use it, as I did have free usage I think when I joined Sky.. equally I do not want to be charged.  So i will try to speak to O2 and/or get in touch with Disney channel, but it is annoying if in fact a free offer does not apply to a lot of people

Call customer service in the morning: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Because you're not buying anything, O2 doesn't consider your call important, so use the Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud option if you have to, to get through. Otherwise you'll just be disconnected.

Also  below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

You may have to use Upgrade, Lost/Stolen, or Fraud here too.

8 am is the best time to call.

I'm on my third free Disney offer and have received the same T&C's email.

No charges on my bill.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
