5gb of Data used in 1 Day!

I have a sim in a blackberry that my step daughter was using so she turned on the hotspot so she could use the data on her iPhone, new allowance of 5gb put on today I've just checked and it's all been used surely that isn't right since the blackberry & the iPhone are both now broken so are not In use

It's very possible that it's been used by the iPhone.

I believe it's the wifi hotspot on the blackberry butsurely the data can't be used if the iPhone is odd and hasn't worked for over a week? (It's been a bad couple of weeks for phones dying)

It's true new data allowance come in today I went in my O2 checked the data allowance which is 5gb and its says 0 left

Why would you turn on the hotspot and use it if the iPhone wasn't working?
Either it is or isn't working. If it is working it's probably used the data.

It's actually more than possible it's been used. But, when your new allowance went on today, was the phone tethering? Was it connected to a working iPhone.?

If not, then I'd ring 202 and just check is not a glitch, and u could always still ask when the data was used if it really has gone!

Let us know, strange one this.
