Hi guys, just bought myself an IPhone 13 pro. 5g isn’t working, so went to an 02 shop and got a new SIM card (5g) and they swapped it over. Settings in phone all correct and o2 advised I reset my network settings, but still it doesn’t work. Definitely in a 5g area as my brother in law has 5g on an iPhone 12. Any ideas?

5g may not be enabled on your account.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
