I got upgrade last week and got a new 5g sim card. I live in NI and no 5g in my area but they said that's OK still. Did all I had to with swim swap and 5 days later my phone womt work for outgoing calls or the Internet etc unless I am in WiFi. People are still able to ring me but that's it when I am away from WiFi. Its ridiculously annoying and I've called 02 so many times and no help. Anyone else experience of this

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
