Hi,
I have 2 x pay monthly 02 accounts which I have just upgraded with new 5G phones (Iphone 12 and Samsung S21). I am currently using existing 02 SIM Cards from old phones (Iphone XR and Samsung S10E) but I don't think these Sims are 5G. How do I go about getting new 5G Sim cards whilst keeping the same phone numbers? Do I just ask 02 to send them to me? Will 02 send me Sims with a different number which I then have to get ported to existing numbers? Trying to get hold of a real person at 02 to discuss this is proving difficult. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Call O2 to send you new SIM cards
Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When they arrive, they will be blank, so you then need to do a SIM swap.

@TEAK36 You can check to see if 5G is available in your area yet: O2 Network Coverage Checker | 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G Coverage
If it isn't, you can carry on using your 4G sims. If you're concerned about doing the sim swap yourself, you might want to wait until the O2 stores reopen. You will be able to get the swap done there. You can get 5G sims at any time, as they're backwards compatible.
