You are not talking to O2 here. We are all customers like yourself. The only advice we can give is to make a complaint...http://www.o2.co.uk/how-to-complain

Resolver tends to get good results https://www.resolver.co.uk/companies/o2-complaints

We've already given you as much as we can here.
You know this isn't o2 and you have the complaints details so you have to use the official process to get a response from o2.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Also they have promised to send you another replacement so that hopefully will work so there's a little hope there

Best option is to get the replacement, sell it straight away, then pay off the contract so you are free to join a network of your choosing.

Generally, yes. But it's just weird that every phone is failing in the same way for one customer?

I'm not aware of it being a common fault at all.......

Does seem odd. Just a long shot but could they be sending the customer back the same phone but claiming it's another replacement
