Is this issue everywhere or just in one place?
You can check for network faults here O2 Service Status
What phone have you got?
Is 4g turned on in your settings?
Have you asked O2 for a new sim card (it's free)?
Have you sent a text with the word "ACTIVE" to 2020 to get updated network settings ?
