My bill is outstanding as my banking app isn't working and I can't go to my bank as they are closed. My 4G isn't working I need to know if I can have a few days to pay it off but still have my 4g working?

To avoid this in the future, set up a Direct Debit, which is what you're supposed to do.
You can speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217/0800 032 5302 to try to sort something temporarily.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You will need to call O2. You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

While talking with them, why not set up a direct debit, so your bill gets paid every month automatically?
