Anyone else having problems with 4g?

It says I have it yet it struggles to load a Google news feed story, as for a football match (from a paid for subscription) no chance.

Generally works better with a h+.

It will be because 4g is oversubscribed in your area @OriginalRant

Hopes are that 5g will fix the capacity issues.

Good luck with that, @OriginalRant - I have found setting my SIM down to 3G helps immensely, if 3G is still available in your area, @OriginalRant:

Meantime, use the online O2 Network Status Checker or the O2 My Network app to test daily and report the poor signal in that area - get it onto O2's radar: Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? talks to the online checker, this screenshot is from the Android app:

Good luck!
