At the moment it isn't supported for Non-O2 firmware phones.

There are exceptions covered in the o2 help here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling but the Note 8 isn’t currently supported.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That's for O2 branded phones, the OP was asking about phones on open firmware.

You need to look at this section for non O2 phones:

I know they are lookiing to include others.

On a different note why would customer be advised to contact Business Customer Services?

Everything on the O2 website seems geared towards business users just lately!

Hi @djr11, Good info above from our members! Sorry to hear that your device isn't supported yet though. 😞 Please do let us know if you have any further questions the community could help you with.

Thanks for the info on the business reference on the website by the way guys, can you send me a link to that part and I'll forward it over to O2 to get it looked at in case it's not correct? slight_smile Cheers
