how do i change from 4g sim to 5g sim i have a new hand set

You will need to request a 5G SIM from O2, or take photo id to an O2 shop and get one there.

O2 will need to enable 5G on your account.

Your handset will need to be 5G capable.

Finally you will need to be in an area with 5G signal to use it.
