4g signal has been turned off?

I keep getting a iPhone notifications saying “o2 has turned off my 4g calls on your account” this isn’t a new phone had for 18 months, it not working in my area or in my work which is 5 miles apart, no one else has this problem on O2, I can’t speak to another at o2 because of this covid lockdown, I’ve not been able to make slacks for 4 days now, bills have always been paid? Can anyone help please based on Llandudno north Wales

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

This is usually just a temporary network issue O2 Service Status

4g calling should not impact the normal use of your phone though, but I would turn off calls over 4g in your phone settings to see if it helps.

Network faults don't always effect everyone.

They can be random.
