Hi I’ve just had a message pop up saying 4g removed from your phone.
Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks

@Shaun_mm

Usually because of a temporary local network issue.

Check here O2 Service Status

A reboot of the phone may sort it out.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It usually means there has been a change in the network near where you are and 99% of the time it makes no difference to your services.

Best thing to do, just to double check is reboot your phone
