When I have my HTC set for LTE Auto the phone quite often loses its network connection

If i set it to 3g it doesn't happen

Spoken to HTC and they reset it somehow, and said if it continues get a new SIM?

Is that the answer ?

It should switch seamlessly between the strongest signals. A new simcard could be the problem and is easy enough to arrange at your local store. It would rule that out in any fault diagnosis.

Hi

Have you checked your service status too to see if your masts are ok ?

http://status.o2.co.uk

Try removing the sim and cleaning it to remove any static build up.

If you can try your sim in another 4G compatible phone as a process of elimination.
