I have been moved across from virgin mobile. A message to say 4g calling has been turned off popped up on my phone. I have restarted my phone, gone to mobile data, mobile data options, voice and data and it shows 4g but when I make a call it switches to 3g. If I toggle on VoLTE it says cannot activate 4g, to enable 4g on this account, contact o2. Then sends me to the website where it just explains what 4g is. Can you please let me know what I need to do to make sure 4g calls are enabled again?

Try resetting your network settings first.
If no good, you need to contact O2.
Message them on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202

If it switches when making a call then 4G calling is turned off either on the phone or at O2s end
Check your phone first
