Hi I’ve just had a notification come up saying o2 has cancelled 4G calling on my account. What’s that all about ?

Usually due to a network fault or maintenance O2 Service Status

Hi @Brent 

Do you have an Apple iPhone? and have you recently changed your plan at all?  If you see the image below then it means the device failed to reach the entitlement server or 4G calling has been removed from the account.

This can be caused by a number of reasons and has been linked to software and sometimes a simple restart of the phone can fix it.  We do have a issue with voice calls at the moment so it could be linked to that.

I can confirm this is a network issue, it should come back once we resolve the issue.
